We knew there had to be a better way. So we built HaystackFed to bring the human element back to hiring, from the very first hello, and make Government contracting compliance simpler!

At HaystackFed, we started with a simple question: Why does hiring still feel so impersonal? For too long, candidates and companies have been stuck in a system that treats people like numbers—where résumés vanish into black holes, and interviews feel more like interrogations than conversations. We then overlaid the process of hiring as a government contractor and all the compliance that goes along with it, we knew we could do better.

 Our organization is made up of compassionate and thoughtful professionals. We want to make a difference and make it easier for other organizations to do the same.
